I found a few posts mentioning Bidule but not directly a sync -> clock explanation. It runs on both Windows and Macintosh operating systems as a standalone application, and can be used to host VST plugins. I’m a big fan of Plogue Bidule and once again this has rescued the situation but it’s so hacky it’d be amazing to have something like Rewire out of the box.
